| Chrno and Rosette from Chrno Crusade (manga version, not anime version) Their whole dynamic and how it changes throughout the volumes is my ideal relationship. They're partners in every sense of the word. I especially love how the focus wasn't on romance, it was on their bond. William and Emma from Emma I love the slow development of the relationship and how it fits the time period. I guess I'm not the one for overly romantic series with too much kissing... at some point, it becomes a boor. I like to see more development (both in character and the relationship) than just typical teen drama/romances. Rin and Alice (and their previous incarnations, which I won't say to avoid ruining the surprise) from Please Save My Earth Perhaps one of the few shoujos I really, really like. This couple, in both incarnations, was twisted while being pure at the same exact time. And I loved it. Plus, there was a lot of personal development for both characters... and a lot of the situations were definitely mature. And while we're on the topic of PSME, this series needs to be added to the list. |

| The relationship between Kira and Lacus seems the most realistic to me, but that's just my opinion. Same goes with Ichigo and Orihime even though nothing has been official D: Either way, even though both series have the deathly atmosphere of violence, these couples seem the most stable :) |
