| I got the first idea from Anime Art That R0cks (Original idea came from them) and the second part from OneManga Forums =p Part 1: Designer Basically you post a banner you made based on the theme and the users vote for their fav. The winner gets 4 credits and the runner up gets 3 (Possibly more depending on how many entries) All users get 1 credit for entering. (The entry has to show EFFORT and not a picture with words placed on it.) There's different themes too. If there's no theme, it can whatever you want Part 1: Fiction You write a paragraph or short story and possibly a fanfiction you wrote in the past. It can be very short if you'd like. Same rules with credits as above They'll be themes for this too but it'll be very very vague. You are allowed 2 entries for fiction and 3 for Designer Contest will open for 1-2 weeks and voting will be open for probably around 2-3 days They do not have to be anime/manga based! ============================================ Designer Contest Theme: Banner based on the word "Blue" (Use your imagination >_<) Fiction theme: Party |

It's probably turned up to brightness level 100 or something, mine is only 15 so even though it doesn't look bright on mine, it probably does on everyone else's.... probably why my banners are always too bright. |
