Hello~! Ild like to open Layout Competition 4 our club site. Theme for competition is: TOUHOU If uld like to participate, plz post ur Layout here in spoiler tags. The deadline will be April 15th. After this, well start voting poll Rules: 1 - Layout has to have club name. 2 - Layout needs to encompass the theme. 3 - Layout cannot contain an excessive amount of nudity. 4 - Layout must be an original design, meaning you cannot copy other people's work and display it as your own. 5 - Size for Layout: Height - doesnt matter, width - 630pix 6 - You can only submit one template Winner can be only one, but dont worry, all runner ups will also be rewarded :) Prizes: 1st place - Layout will become site layout, own wish LE, 5 tickets to get all cards from LE 2nd place - own wish LE, 3 tickets to get all cards from LE 3rd place - 2 tickets to get all cards from LE 4th place - 1 ticket to get all cards from LE 5th place - 1 ticket to get all cards from LE GL Everyone~!
