| Since convention season is here I was wondering what cons people are going to and what they suggest for the best hotels, food, transportation... Figured if someone was wanting to go to one they could get all the information in one place and also let people know about cons that they might not have heard of! I will do the first 2 that are coming up in March and April in Seattle WA. |

| I'll be at SakuraCon without fail! Just like the last 5yrs! (^_^) As for food, I recommend that during the weekend, you walk over to the Pacific Place shopping center (within 3 blocks of the con) and try Seattle Chowder! The seafood bisque is amazing, but if you don't like tomato based soups, the clam chowder is a multiple award-winning choice... They also sell samplers, that give you small cups of several different chowders to get a better idea of what you might like. They also give samples if you just wanna taste to help decide. ...my two cents... =P |
