Gogogo!

My personal one is the master sword. Really, how can you overlook it?

The Ocarina of Time is great :)
Allthough I would be lying if I didn't agree with you on that one..
A Zelda game without the Master Sword isn't a real Zelda game..
Not to me atleast :D

decided... my favourite = Ocarina of Time :D

Really? like, sure, going back/forward in time is pretty wicked, but.... If it was a defined point in time (like, 12 seconds ago, for example) then yeah, probably. But the master sword shoots lasers and cuts things. Can your ocarina cut things? No, because its an instrument.

the Master sword doesn't shoot lasers, it has a magic slash, that's all.

Besides the Ocarina of Time has the power to not only travel in time, but transport you to anywhere, break curses, kill zombies, talk long distance, open 1 million secret passages, hell the ocarina is the thing which allows you to get the Master Sword in the first place! It owns everything! There's no denying it! put it this way, where would you be in the game without your good friend the ocarina?... answer- no where. you wouldn't be able to save the world and Ganandorf would get all of the triforce. plus it has lots of nice songs you can play :)

(we're talking in terms of Ocarina of Time the game only)

Yeah, see? Sure, it's amazing, but only in ocarina of time. The master sword has been in almost every LoZ game ever released, and it kicks ass in all of them.

Btw preordered skyward sword limited edition today :D

cool ^^ i pre-ordered it last week :D

The ocarina of time is awesome in Majora's Mask as well, and it's only in a few games because Nintendo didn't want to risk ruining its awesomeness by putting it in too many games!

Then how come unlike "phantom hourglass or midna's crown thingamabob" it appeared in both OoT and MM?! because it's awesome end of story.

The master sword = original, old, boring weapon (Link always has a sword, who cares?)
Ocarina (of time)= EPIC, never been seen before the Zelda games = awesomeness

can an ocarina cut people into pieces, slaying the evil lord Ganondorf? No, it can't. Because its an instrument.

You wouldn't be able to beat Ganandorf if you couldn't get to his castle in the first place, and the Ocarina allows you to get to the castle!

besides FYI Ganandorf can be beaten by a glass bottle, that is the epicness of the Master Sword?! A glass bottle can do the same job!

No way Link is the Triforce embodied! There is no Master Sword without him! And the Ocarina does turn you into a beam of light. Who's played more Ocarina of Time here?! ME!!!

With that i'm going to play Ocarina of Time. :D Seeya :P

Seriously, The OOT3D was amazing..
I pretty much was up playing both versions of the game over nights..
You've got no idea about howmuch my eyes hurt right now..
It seems that I should have listened to Navi when she told me to take a break in the game.. But I can't help it..
Zelda is my number one addiction in addition to anime and asian dramas <3
I guess I was pretty much doomed the minute I first played my first Zelda game.. OOT... Yep, Ever since I started, I've been running closer and closer too the Otaku path.. And now I'm finally there..

Well, The Ocarina of Time is special in another way than The Master Sword.. Like if you are talking about The Master Sword, It takes all of its power out of the wielder himself.. In this case Link..
But The Ocarina is said to have legendary and hidden powers.. Still noone has really been able to completely unlock it..
Before Link ofcourse.. But as for the Master Sword, Link can be the only wielder.. The Ocarina, Well... Both Zelda and Link can use it on its full strength..
Its the same for the Wind Waker in TWW.. :)

Ha ha same with me.... Zelda was the first game i played and really loved, of course many others have followed, but it's still my favourite. Now that i've started watching anime again (i used to watch it when i was little) and read manga, i too am heading towards the life of an otaku. lol. As if i wasn't nerdy enough already :D
I don't have OoT 3D, but i have the original on N64 (it still works after all these years ^^) and also on the wii.
I'm glad you agree with me about the Ocarina of Time it truly is awesome!!!

@FronzenHeavens: SEEEEE I"M RIGHT! HA HA HA HA HA HA AHA *evil laughing*

I know right? Truly addictive..
As for OOT I mean..
Yeah, Me 2.. I loved Ocarina of Time ^^
I now have the GC version, The Viritual Console version, The 3ds version and the N24 version of it :D
The game ends way to quickly, I just love Zelda games.. I'd rather buy new ones with new saves to complete than to delete my old ones..
Idk, I think its somehow about all the effort I put into playing them..
I Loved whole OOT.. Exept from the Water Temple.. Too Hard..
Still, I never once used cheats.
But I guess its better like that..Today I canplay the water temple full out with no troubles in it..
Its just one thing that bothers me about it.. Dark Link...
He ws almost more difficult to fight in the temple than the actual boss was..
Its sad..

Well, Join the Club. Zelda for me, A LifeLong life addiction..
Same goes for anime and dramas.. Gotta love them..
And trust me, I have my amount of geekyness too..

I Just ordered the Limited Edition version of SS a couple of days ago..
Its awesome, And allthough there's no longer to wait now than two days (European release) It still feels like there's a year of waiting behind it all.. Though knowing for real that it is only a couple of days that remains to wait for it, I feel that I'd rather just skip classes and go home and sleep only to wake up on the 18th.. Its so unreal.. Truly..

@MonjaElisa: Your'e awesome. I totally agree with you about the new games.. i hate deleting them, to the extent that i've never actually deleted a game on anything that i've played :)
I've never used cheats either! ^^
The water temple... when i first played i found it almost impossible, i had to get my older brother (also a zelda freak) to help me ^^. Dark Link was really hard, but also one of my favourite bosses/sub-bosses (i can't believe he wasn't actually a boss!) because he wasn't a massive monster thing, but still really hard to beat.
Yeah i don't think i'll ever get over Zelda or Anime :D
I ordered the limited edition last week, but it doesn't come out in Australia till the 24th :(

Well, You truly have something to look forward to.. Trust me SS is amazing!
Arigatou ne, Same to you..
Yep, Dark Link will always be the hardest OOT boss..
I kinda thought Bongo Bongo was hard in the 3ds version though,, The way Link jumped when he played with the drums, it was almost impossible to hit him.
It was almost easier to beat the Snake-shaped Ganondorf boss in The Wind Waker.. And that's when he moves so fast he is almost unbeatable..
But, I actually think TWW has my fave Ganondorf boss.. Its like just the perfect amount of difficulties in it..

@Clogs where i've played up to in oot 3d so far, which isn't very far, i'm tryin to 100% it so i havent actually gotten into the future properly - i have gone into the future on another file, up to fire temple - but i'll be goin 2 the future soon
anyways i think the only difference is better graphics and slightly easier to do water temple coz of touchsreen but otherwise, i think it is the same

@Yash: The water temple is epic as it is though, no need to change it!
you really need to go in the future that is basically where the game starts the temples as a kid are just a sort of introduction to the game.
