Also please note, that the character must have non-fringe hairstyle for more, than 50% of the time. E.g. if the characters ties his/her hair for a short period of time, revealing the forehead, it doesn't count. Also if the character has just recently got rid from fringe (e.g. Nami from One Piece), that also doesn't count [yet] since not so much time has passed and it's unknown whether she'll leave this hairstyle for future. Which one is more frequent? Holland appears to have some kind of strange haircut, can't figure out. I'll think about him, and maybe put his case on a general judgment. mkhail would count if he had just separate strings of hair over his forehead, but over the right part of the forehead he has a small tuft, thus he is not added. For most of the time Eureka appears as the main profile pic, with hair tied on the right side. To be honest I didn't even remember when she appeared with the other haircut. Near 3/4 of the series she has to cut her hair and gets a very short (and bad) haircut like this, but it kind of grows magically after so maybe it's at that point. I need to rewatch it anyway, but you can consider the profile pic as her default appearance. Holland has a rather strange "messy" haircut sure. Oh and while we're at it : Hajime Saitou ( http://myanimelist.net/character/1409/Hajime_Saitou ) , one of the most badass fringless characters. |

The forehead of Tsubasa and Mira are clear, that's true, but the fact is that they actually have fringe, but it's just pinned backwards.
