 RULES: 01. You need a BADGE to start requesting. If you don't have a badge, get one here. 02. Every character/item can be claimed ONCE every month. The Claimed List will be resetted the beginning of each month, which will make the character/item available again. However, once a character/item is claimed for that month (ex: November, 2010), you have to wait until the List is resetted in December. 03. You can't claim the same character as in past months. 04. Please be patient in receiving your banner. 05. Admin claims do not effect the Claim-Once-A-Month rule, so don't fret. XD 06. Announcements on when the List is resetted will be in every Claiming Thread. 07. Providing pictures is required. 08. If you want us to make you a banner, please be so kind and provide a good quality picture that means no MAL pictures, no blurry scans nor other smaller pictures than 400 x 400 or your claim will be rejected. Thank you .. Don't forget to check the Claimed List!
