Yeah... It maybe'll have anime, but I don't know, maybe another this creator manga "Judge" will have anime, btw Judge is kinda like this manga, just judge is still ongoing :)

Im gonna necro this 12 year old thread, but isnt danganronpa based on this? Both have very similar concepts and this came out 4 years before danganronpa

the original name for the danganronpa prototype was called
"DISTRUST"
that seriously sounds like it was intended to be the sequel to this.

like seriously DOUBT, DISTRUST.........
this isn't a coincidence i think
