MEMBER CARD CONTEST~ Okay guys its time for Cards, Cards, and more Cards to host a member card contest~ The theme for this contest is: SHOUNEN ANIME The anime can be any anime that falls under the category of shounen For example it can be Soul Eater or Naruto or perhaps Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Its your choice on what shounen anime you want to do Rules: which you would like to be made into a card, in order of preference (in spoiler please) Prizes - Contest winner will have all pictures of their choice made into a card - Runner up will have their top 3 preferences made into a card - Third place will have their top 2 preferences made into a card - All participants will have their first preference made into a card DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: 7th of August 2010 Voting will begin on 10th of August 2010 All members and admins are welcome to participate.HAVE FUN~ Any questions/queries you have, contact me on my profile~ |

Although I am not an admin of the club, I just wanted to say some things. Shounen, Shonen and Shōnen are all acceptable ways to spell Shounen and can be used interchangeably. Albeit "shounen" is often used more often for simplicity's sake, it doesn't render the other two alternatives incorrect. In fact, the latter of the three should be the one most commonly used as it best represents the romanization of the original kanji, but to add the macron above it requires a different alt code and etc. However, in the end, it is up to the one in charge of the contest and their preference on how they would like it spelt, but here's my two cents on it. |

As an admin here, I don't feel it matters how Shonen is spelt, as long as it's one of the 3 ways listed and not some weird spelling that's completely off mark. |
