I think it was because it wasn’t on his forehead but on its scalp instead, so his hair can cover the scar, I think this because I remembered that they needed to cut all his hair to perform his surgery, I remember he being bald at that time. Huh, I could’ve sworn it was his forehead with how Nina pointed the gun. Maybe I’m confusing it with that time he pointed to his forehead, asking to be shot. Either way, would’ve been cool lol |
| I've always thought about this and thought it was a plot hole, real life cases has shown these big ass marks on their forehead. Even the second time johan was shot, his head seemed clear, make it make sense. |
