This series is a FICTIONAL autobiography of a comic artist. It is stated in an extremely large font at the beginning of the contents. But some of the stories are publicly regarded as facts. I guess about 80%... maybe 64% or more would be true. Although almost all the works of the author is unrealistic gag, this series is an exception. What makes this series interesting is the appearance of a lot of real big names such as Anno Hideaki - the director of Evangelion. Actually, he was a university classmate of the author. Also you can know the days that the new wave of Japanese comics emerged. |
