Banner Makers:

Banners should be between 200x120 and 200x125
The banners must have the claimers name, character they claimed, theme of claim, and the club name(-AVI Shop- or the short name -AVIS-)
Each banner maker will claim a page and after your done with that page you work on another. On the first page there will be a place where you can put your name and the page you wanna take care of.
After you finished the claim, write on the post DONE so I will know when you are ready.
After finishing the banners also post them in Banner Pick Up thread

List Updaters:

For each thread, there will be maximum 2 admins watching and updating the lists.
Update the Already Claimed List after the claiming thread rules.(for example the same anime can only be claimed twice)
Make sure to write ~Can't be claimed anymore message at the claims that reached their limit.
When you are done updating a thread don't forget to put a message like UPDATED or something similar

Layout Makers:

The layout must contain in a corner or somewhere else: the name of the user who made it and the name of the club -AVI Shop-(not the short name)
Each layout maker will be given a number and after your done with that you work on another. On the first page there will be a place where you can put your name and you will be given the number of the post you'll take care of.
After you finished the claim, write on the post DONE so I will know when you are ready.
After finishing the layout post them in Completed Profile Layouts
