Didn’t find them with subs. Considering that it’s recaps anyway, you might opt for watching them raw if you watched the full series. There isn’t any new content added.

Yeah, this really confused me too. On some sites, recaps and specials might just under the source series, but I couldn't even find them there.

Do you remember if there is a narrator in the episodes? And if there was, did he say it as if it were an internal monologue?

Nope, no narrator. Just a compilation of some anime scenes.
