Maid sama was my first anime ever and I still love it. I'm wondering if the story continues in the manga and if yes, at which chapter or volume does it continue?

Yes, the story continues.
The manga is roughly 90 Chapters long (Including.5 Special Chapters). There’s also the After story that is also 10 Chapters long.
The Anime finished around Chapter 35-45 so in case you would like to continue with the series you should start from that point.

i really recomend reading it from chapter 1 tho. i also watched the anime and i think starting from the first chapter

Like the others already said, it continues and I highly recommend reading it (also the afterstory), I really love this manga and in my opinion, it's even better than the anime.

I will! Is the manga very different from the anime or is it so good so that I should read it from the beginning?

actually there arent so many scenes that arent in the anime, but i enjoyed the manga and the style, so thats why i recomend it

Just search it (maid sama manga), you'll get many sites. If I prefer specifically, read from mangadex or mangakalot
