this is the main headquarters for the 12 beings that are contracted to the spirits and these are the ones that are about to start the war. these 12 are neither good or evil instead they walk the line between the two making sure that the balance is always kept and will step in to correct the balance if they have to. each one has a weapon that is specially made from the spirits to suit their style of fighting. not many people know about the Aribters and the people that do only thing they are myths and legends this is because they have never been recorded in history and will do anything to make sure nobody nows about them but whenever there has been a large sacle war or a disaster they have been the ones behind it. |
