Well it's Pan's hobby and she has the most potential as seen at the end of Z, but I don't doubt that Bra would've become a strong fighter if it was her hobby also.

I think Bra! Vegeta's probably a strict trainer. I don't think Goku and Gohan can give Pan a good training.
