Anime with this kind of development

An action anime where there are organizations and groups. I want there to be a moment where everyone realizes how much the mc is worth to them

Example: the mc was previously ignored by everyone because he doesnt stand out or is just plain weak but because he never gives up when everybody else does people start to respect him and see that they need him. And maybe some potential love interests for the mc wouldnt hurt.

I honestly dont remember any anime that ive watched that is like this so i cant give those kind of examples, but i hope you guys got some good recommendations for me.
