What should the game focus on?

Ok irl my friend and I are Strike witches fans (big surpirse there i did join a club) anyhow we also enjoy playing games such as hearts of iron and the like. Anyway for the past month or so I have been working on a mods for HOI3 based on strike witches and i was wondering if some one can tell me some lore behind it.

What im looking for is
human vs human wars
country's leaders
important witch leaders
famous unit names (preferably no joint fighter wings.

And of course some beta players for it.

venezia and romanga programed in
Orussia empire can create 5 puppet states
baltland formed
soumus created
karlsland created
dacia mbunda morroco hispania aztec-confederation cyracia ottoman-empire great-mongolian-empire fuso britanna gallia egypt south-africa amazona mayan-federation cuban confederation PLUS many many more formed

programmed in three neuroi invasions so far hispanian fuso-sea-incident and the major one that everyone cares about in karlsland

dunkirk evacuation programmed 5 parts so far 4 for karlsland 1 for ostmark

witch corps events allowing free witch units at expense of dissidents or the option to decline at expense of unity.

deleting my debug tool countrys (oops)

nerfing country's that i mistakenly made way to OP (Orussia could make 800 infantry divisions at once completing them every 30 days that's 1.4 million soldiers per fort night oops)
