Dub when?

They dubbed the rest of the series. What happened here?

OVA's or specials don't usually get dubbed. Maybe some anime dubs do, but that's rare.

Help the industry and buy Blu-rays and DVD's.
Noragami is the best anime ever.

Just about every other KyoAni OVA/Special is dubbed. What makes this the exception?

Hmmm... I can think of a fair amount that does get dubbed. I wouldn't say it's particularly rare.
