Action anime with characters similar to Train and Saya from Black Cat?

Im looking for an anime where the main character, who is a badass dude, is like cold hearted, anti social, feared, etc, all from the start, but then, changes for the better because of a girl who taught him that there's more to life than a dark one. The anime should have action, and it can have other genres as well, such as dark, comedy, slice of life, drama, etc; and especially romance :) if possible lol thank you!!
