Hi! Looking for people around me (Portugal)

Hello,
I will turn 16 this year. I love to play and to draw. I used to be a serious anime&manga maniac. Though now I watch anime series very rarely, I'm continuing my passion for Japan and anime. I live in Lisbon (Portugal) but I am from Poland, and I don't speak portuguese that well.
I've been searching for portuguese otaku/gamers forums but I couldn't find anything. At my school I didn't meet anybody who could go on Otaku meetings with me, such as IberAnime. I don't like going there alone, so I'm seeking for someone with similiar interests to meet in real life =)
