I am an English teacher in Korea who is writing a series that was inspired by some manga and animation stories. I am here in hopes to gain friends who know about Japanese culture and readers to follow my story.

Thank you! And yes, I am from the Island. It is nice and cleaner than most of Korea, but it's calm and country-ish here :)

I'm going to be living in Seoul for a month starting mid-August. The third week will be in Pusan though. I haven't been to Jeju Island yet, but I wanna go. I was Seoul-born though and moved to Seattle at 3 years old. I'm still working on Japanese, took a year of it in college, but I switched to Korean so I could speak better with family. But I'll someday pick up on Japanese again. I need time ofc :P

Oh, you are Korean? It's pretty fun all over the major cities. I miss them all :) I used to visit Busan a lot ;)

First-Gen KA. I actually haven't been since 2008. Weird, I know. I need to come back.

Pusan is my favorite place to visit there. Since I'm older, I'm looking forward to trying out some of the clubs in Seoul. Should be awesome as I've been told they're on another level compared to what America has.

I think the better clubs are in Japan for foreigners, but for Asians, the "HO Bar" (yep) is probably the best any Asian will get in Asia ;) Beware of the many dancing dudes, but a good handful of girls go in from time to time :P
