| I suggest that you meet people in real life though tbh, and family is unfortunately always overlooked but they are the ones who are there for you most of the time. Asking for friends on an online forum isn't the best idea, sure there are people who are kind here but I think social interaction face to face proves to be far more effective,with online interactions having so many obstacles (the person might lag, you might not know the person is multitasking, time zones..etc) |

| whats the point of chat friends? I never understood that and im old and wise as fuck im 26 years old and i've literally had over 300 people on my skype at a point and now i dont have more than 4 people i talk to and do stuff with and we arent even very close and its not ideal friendships but what can you do having a friend with which you can only chat sucks balls, go play some game and get friends there and then become chat friends when you have some common ground |

| Having credentials for friendship is the wrong way to go about it. Friends are people who compliment you - not give you compliments, but somehow enhance your life by being part of it.
