Help Needed!

In the off chance the club actually takes off, I'll need help running it, lol.

Positions Needed:

At least 5 Claim Banner Makers. Officer Status (Admin, if you get in my good graces).
You'll be in charge of helping me make banners for people who don't want to make their own.
Requirements and Banner Rules:

At least 1 Last Resort Claim Banner Maker. Officer Status (Admin, if you're good).
In case we have some problem that we need a Banner Maker right then and there, you'll be that Banner Maker.
Requirements and Banner Rules: Same as regular Claim Banner Maker.


At least 4 Holiday Claim Banner Makers. Officer Status (Admin, if you wow me).
During holidays (Christmas, Valentine's, Halloween, etc.), we have special limited claims that need extra banner makers working solely on them. That'll be you. Don't worry though, you won't be making 500 banners on your own, you'll have help.
Requirements and Rules: Same as regular Claim Banner Maker.


At least 2 Member Card Makers. Officer Status (Admin, if you get on my good side).
Hopefully, I'll get member cards made for here. If you want to submit card designs and be in charge of making them, please be my guest.
Requirements and Member Card Rules:


At least 2 Miscellaneous Graphics Makers. Officer Status (Admin, if you really impress me).
Club needs advertisement, right? You'll be in charge of userbars, (normal) banners, stamps, badges, emblems, and if you're good enough, a club layout. Anything else you can think of, feel free.
Requirements and Rules:


At least 5 Updaters. Admin Status.
You'll be helping me keep track of who and how many have claimed who.
Requirements and Rules:

At least 1 Last Resort Updater. Admin Status.
If for some reason we get overloaded and need an extra Updater, you're the reserves.
Requirements and Rules: Same as regular Updater.


At least 2 Peace Keepers. Admin Status.
I don't think there'll be any real need, but in case a spat breaks out, you'll be the one to break it up and keep the peace if I'm too busy.
Requirements and Rules:


At least 1 "Mini-Me." Admin Status.
You'll basically run around and do everything I do, which means everything I've already listed... plus delivering banners, sending mass messages, inviting random people to join, etc.

2 Temporary "Mini Mes". Admin Status.
While I'm on vacation, you fill in for me for a bit then you're relieved of the position when I come back, unless you want it to be permanent.
Requirements and Rules: Same as regular Mini-Me.


At least 5 Thread Watchers. Admin Status.
You'll look through all the claim topic threads every couple of days and compare the data to the Finished Banners threads, and edit the request posts in the thread as "Finished" in case the Banner Maker forgets or the member making their own banner didn't. Then you must edit the claim banner maker's post, saying that you have done so.
*NEW* Now, you'll also be in charge of updating the Users' Claims for your assigned topic.
Requirements and Rules:

At least 1 Club Proofreader. Admin Status.
You read every official, public thing anyone writes and edits out typos and mistakes.

By the way, it says "at least" because that's the minimum amount of people we need for that job. If you want to volunteer for one that already has the said number of people, feel free.

Well, I noticed you needed a few more banner makers, so I thought I'd volunteer.
I wondered about how I'll know which thread to make banners for though... ?

By now I'm sure your wondering, why does it matter what "status" I have? Well, I'll explain:

Creator = 10 claims per thread
Admin = 5 claims per thread
Officer = 2 claims per thread
Member = 1 claim per thread

This is also known as your "rank" in the club. Understand now? Yes, of course, you do.

Everyone! Know your duties and preform them well! As I said before, after 2 weeks of working, you get an evaluation. If you've done OK, you'll continue as an Admin or Officer. If not, you will be demoted back to a Rank 1 Member.
