| I chose Doushitemo Furetakunai, but honestly, my favorites by her are Tadayoedo Shizumazu, Saredo Naki mo Sezu and Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai. I love the raw emotions in them. I feel so deeply for Yashiro and Doumeki, and I have a connection to them. Although I am not a masochist, I can relate to feelings of rejection, worthlessness, and hopelessness, and loneliness. Like Yashiro, I often distance myself from the people I love and I've once even actively convinced a friend of mine to have sex with a boy that I, at the time, had had strong feelings for. I knew she was just going to play with him (because she is that "type" of girl), but I encouraged her, anyway. I am not even sure why. The words just came out of my mouth without thinking. |
