Anime or Manga with Female Transformation

What I'm looking for is a good anime or manga series with the following criteria:
Good artwork/animation(for anime)
Somewhat(at least) of a plot
Transformations involving female characters being transformed into some other somewhat anthropomorphic thing, preferably against their will and affecting their minds.
Preferably the plot revolves around this transformation "spreading" and includes many detailed transformations of characters that had already been developed beforehand. This last one is of least priority.
Oh right, also, something that's not hentai, ecchi is perfectly fine, though. And of course there needs to be either English translation or dub/sub(for anime, either or)
If possibly, could you please post anything that fits this below. Thank you.

Sounds like Elemental Gelade fits the bill. The artwork is good but nothing to special, and there is both a dub and sub for it. And +1 for Claymore.
