| Did you enjoy the anime? While The Wanderers was generally lackluster, the OVAs and second TV series really invested me in the world. While the main character wasn't great, the rest was good. Would you want to see more of the anime? Yes. There's still plenty of others things that could be explored. Sadly, it's a 90s anime, and I doubt it'll ever continue. What out of 10 would you give it if you were forced to give it a number? The Wanderers: 7 Magnificent World: 9 Magnificent World 2: 6 Alternate World: 9 Do you have any other final thoughts? This is one of those series that has two takes. One the monster-of-the-week, and comedy based. The other, darker and more coherent. The OVAs are much better in my opinion and the world makes much more sens, making the wanderers fill cut and incomplete without the full story. Overall I like the series. |
