Hi, I have a question ^^. If you're not on Varia then is it possible for a non varia member to join the rp ?

No. It's specifically for Varia. The Hitman Section is for everyone (provided more people actually RP). But, don't worry, more group forums will be added that anyone can join later on. :D

You can start from whatever point you want. I don't really like giving restrictions. You can start from whatever point and take it from there, or you can even flashback and go to the past~

The choice is yours~ :D
