[SCN] Lobby

WELCOME TO THE SCN LOBBY

In this channel, all citizens of Shizuka city are allowed to chat and exchange information for the betterment of the city and to have enjoyment while doing it.

As this is a public channel, it is administered by the government, and so a handful of government officials shall be moderating this channel.

Rules:

• The rules of MAL and the club still apply
  
• Usernames are allowed to be whatever you want
  
• If your character logs in or out, it is required to indicate it, preferably by either underlining, bolding, color changes, or a combination.
  
• You must be in character at all times.

The list of available commands are as such:

1. Log in (ex. X-kun has entered the channel)
2. Log out (ex. X-kun has left the channel)
3. Kick (mods only, ex. X-sama has kicked X-kun from the chat)
4. Block (mods only, ex. X-sama has blocked X-kun from the chat)
5. Invite (only way to initially join a secret channel, ex. X-sama has invited X-kun to the channel)
