| Fruits Basket. Although it's not only a romance anime and the romance is more subtle and not direct, you can clearly see how dense the protagonist is. Protagonist is also very stupid. Annoyingly hilarious at some points. Anyways, still is an awesome anime~ |

| Also, Nisekoi and Seto no Hanayome. I strongly recommend Seto no Hanayome as it is EXACTLY what you want. No, seriously, it is. The protagonist is the most dense, stupid and hilarious one I've ever seen. Also, Nisekoi is currently airing it's 2nd season. Happy watching!
