this royally sucks. Broccoli Books went under. does this mean that the rest of the series will never make it to the states?

i really like this series... is there any hope of the rest of it being released in the US now?

I just finished reading chapter 36 on mangafox, and I loved it.
I really hope that there will be more chapters uploaded soon, if no I'll have to search for the raws online and get started on learning japanese.
