I really want to read this because she's one of my favorite characters and it looks interesting. I heard it hasn't been translated yet and that's why. Is it too obscure and irrelevant for someone to translate?

Does that mean that it'll never get a scanlation in the future? I don't have a great understanding of how this all works because I only recently started reading manga.

scanlation or fan translations solely depends on the mood of fan translators, usually if a fan translating group feels like scanlating a manga then they will but it totally depends on them and not the readers/fans though
