The best pitcher in an anime I have ever seen. A handsome young man that has something of a devil inside;) Tokuchi has a brilliant sense of psychoanalysis, he can almost read in his opponents minds. He likes to provoke but his main objective ist to win. He likes to break every rule and is quite rude. What the most he enjoys is the adrenaline and the fear of his opponents. High risk is what he adores. He's the master of pitching.
