We sure did have a lot of fun, Siksir :)

The problem is, there isn't really a good global time. We have always kind of struggled with that, especially since we are from Europe and a lot of users on MAL are from the states. Which resulted in us staying up late. Also it is not hard to find people who are interested in this, but it is hard to find permanent members.

Maybe you are willing to give it a try? Like Rethardus already said, if there is any interest we are willing to organize again.

That's too bad, at least you had fun with while it was alive, right?

I think the best way to resurrect it would be to try to get it weekly again at a good global time, trying to garner a lot of attention really fast for the first couple of weeks using stuff like reddit.

Of course, if the interest isn't there it's not there. Thanks for answering my question even though it's been asked a million times.

Yes this club is dead, I'll just make this a sticky or a copy-pasta, since we need to repeat this over and over.

We've tried to "resurrect" this club many many times before, but to little avail. There have been times we actively tried to organize an event; despite everyone claiming to have interest and to be there, whenever a screening was on, only admins appeared. Due to our occupation / jobs / studies, we cannot afford to be there 24/7, so strict timing is necessary. People don't feel comfortable to remember to attend a screening on a dedicated time, so these screenings would be proven unsuccessful.

I've said it many times before, if there's any REAL interest, I'm willing to organize, but if nobody attends there's really no point for us to put effort in this.
