I wouldn't put too much weight in MAL in terms of credibility. I myself added like half the Pixy stuff in the DB awhile back and have often seen incorrect information on a lot of pages, or things jump back and forth from "airing" to "finished", lol.

That said yeah, I still figure all signs point to Kuroinu being finished. Which is crazy like you said, it sounded like a huge seller in Japan, top notch budget, and they barely scratched the surface of what the game covered. Easily could have been ~5-6 episodes.

It really is a damn shame ~2 episodes seems to be the standard. But it's a double edged sword sometimes, like with Pixy or something. They might often go for ~4 instead, but then the sex gets lazy and we might only get 2 or just even 1 scene per episode. I definitely hate that. I've never been one for plot when it comes to h-anime anyways though...

Didn't you see that Kuroinu got a "finished" status in MAL? It seems this company doesn't make more than two episodes or something as a policy and if they make more then it will be like a season 2 or something.
Anyway it feels so stupid that they stopped there because the first episode put a story and showed all those girls that you would expect it to have like 5-6 episodes. Also the second episode was so lukewarm compared to the first that you couldn't help but think that it couldn't be the last and then after a lot of waiting it ended up being the last.
Big disappointment cause it had such good animation and art and that first episode was so awesome that if it had two or three more episodes like that it would have been the first hentai i would have given a 10.

I was really holding out for more Kuroinu, but yeah kind of lost faith at this point.

The studio under MS Pictures doing Mouryou, I've noticed some of their other shows got three episodes, so yeah definitely hoping for another, plus how the first two built up to an inevitable monster orgy coming up with Mouryou itself. Definitely hope it happens. It's been a great series, just needs more 100% nudity, inflation/impreg to be up there with Inyouchuu awesomeness to me.

Yea, quite disappointing. Last I checked, there isn't any tentacle hentai this nor next month, at least based by the cover images.

No news on Mouryou no Nie 3 either. Hope it doesn't get cancelled. Pretty sad about Kuroinu just ending at episode 2.
