The man whose only reason to not fight Shishio is because it would seriously mess up his schedule. The man who doesn't like man-hugging. The man who qualls booze like it's milk. The man that can potter a manlier cigarette tray than you. The man who should've had his own series. The man who invented the placebo effect.

All I have to say is, anyone who can get someone to EXPLODE via sword slashes is freaking awesome. And at less than 5 minutes into the OVA, no less.

Seijiro Hiko is awesome! I love those pics of him! That must be where Kenshin gets all of his Hiten Mitsurugi Style skills and looks! Because Seijiro has all the looks! The guy can wear a cape! He really does look good in that cape!
