not a tottaly badass
he just got stucked in Level 6 Shift experiment for some reason
i think he didnt mean to dive in the Dark Side althhough he killed over 10k imoutos
still have a good side when he tried do save Last Order from spreading virus into Misaka Network

Of course I'm just saying on speculation on what might happen lol

But yeah the dub VA cast seems decent (I'm most interested in how Touma will sound since it's the same VA as Soul from Soul Eater)
