This couple is from Myself; Yourself, and they are very cute.

Sana returns to his old town after a few years, and is a changed person, kind of. He meets up with his old friends, but things aren't really the same as they used to be, especially Nanaka. 

Sana + Nanaka are both people who have attempted suicide. Sana did it after he was bullied in the place he moved to, and Nanaka did it after she found out who started the fire :O
