Psychic Wars: the most ungodly, bizarre, hilariously awful mess I've ever watched. It's worth the time just to laugh at it.

Yeah Eiken sucks. I'll probably get flamed for this, but I stand by it: I hated Spirited Away :P

Oh, and Arad Senki ~Slap Up Party~, the Crono Trigger short, and Cosprayers all sucked bad too

I'm one of the few people who seems to hate Blue Submarine no. 6. For me, it would be easier to name what the show did right, the underwater CG sequences, than to name everything that was wrong with it, but that's just me.
