Buyo (ブヨ)Buyo is Kagome Higurashi's pet cat. He appears to be overweight and very lazy.He is actually the very reason Kagome was brought to the Feudal Era and was able to start her adventures with InuYasha and the group. Buyo got lost in the well in the Higurashi Shrine, and due to the fact that Kagome's younger brother Sota was too scared to go after him, Kagome was forced to do it herself. Once Kagome found Buyo, a demon inside the well named Mistress Centipede sensed the Shikon Jewel inside Kagome's body, causing her to grab Kagome and pull her down the well to InuYasha's era in an attempt to steal Kagome's Shikon Jewel. Inuyasha gets along surprisingly well with Buyo and he can be seen playing with him often when he goes to Kagome's era. Voice Actors
