Hiroshi Kano (叶ヒロシ)Hiroshi Kano is special. Unfortunately its a schizophrenic kind of special. Kano-san talks to a woman no one else can see, and complains about a phone that no one else can hear. Despite these idiosyncrasies, he has been able to survive in a future war torn Japan, with the help of his "sixth sense". This ability allows Kano-san to usually avoid danger.Recently the Japanese government has passed the Vengeance Act. A law which allows vengeful victims to try and kill the felons that wronged them. If the victim does not want to do this personally, a proxy can be hired to do the job for them. Unemployed, Kano-san gets a job at a proxy enforcement agency...
