Kyou Ijuuin (伊集院 響)Ijuuin is the creator of Misaki's favorite manga, The☆Kan. Ijuuin takes his work seriously but he usually misses the deadline because of the little details he wants his manga to have. And whenever the deadline for his next manga is near, he becomes incredibly pessimistic and looses the inspiration. In such times Ijuuin is very hard to deal with since he becomes messy, somewhat rude and looses his temper easily. Misaki has often cheered him up, so that he could keep drawing the manga and keep up the good work.Voice Actors
