Kushimatsu (櫛松)Kushimatsu is a full-blooded fox spirit that receives cases from those seeking aid from the Ministry of Spirit Affairs. She is also the one who brought Bonbori, Hozuki, Suskihotaru, and Zakuro from different regions to live together and takes care of them.
