Ethan Hondou (本堂 イーサン)Ethan Hondou is deceased and a hard-boiled CIA agent and is Hidemi Hondou and Eisuke Hondou's father. He was originally suspected to be a member of the Black Organization but in actuality was spying on them from the inside. When he and his daughter put a plan in motion to place a new CIA agent within the organization, Ethan noticed that the syndicate had bugged Hidemi's clothes.
