Luce LancemanThe nephew of the Governor-General, he met Armelia eight years earlier to her arriving on the pirate boat. He was kidnapped by Doc, the pirate 'Captain Scar' eight years prior. He is currently the captain, whom the crew mates address by 'Captain Scar,' as well.
