Anime Relations: Shokugeki no Souma
constant pointless pans, constant pointless zoom ins or zoom outs, constantly skips drawing eyes, constantly uses action filler bgs, constantly uses "comedy" art to cover up the complete lack of animation ability, constantly uses screen shaking to simulate movement instead of actually handling movement

the art is fine but the last thing I can remember watching with animation this bad I cannot even remember the name of because the animation was so bad the series was not worth remembering

are people really desperate enough to just click 9-10/10 for the fanservice spam? sheesh

Anime Relations: Maison Ikkoku

Anime Relations: Kill la Kill
And I do not mean just because a bunch of girls are the MCs. Needle guy is a bitch, Mako's entire family turn from cuddly cliches into bitches over money...your entire enjoyment out of this show depends on how much you care about the god tier art/animation, and how much you can understand that the plot is irrelevant. The true plot is the main goods, bads, and most people at most times in this series being total bitches.

Anime Relations: Deadman Wonderland
Not really going to speak to the plot and "gore" and if it is good or bad, since everyone's feelings on those things are going to be based just on personal preferences.

I thought this series had really above average animation for the most part, but it also had some problems with overanimating characters. For instance, when they are trying to make Hummingbird (Minatsuki) swap from her "cute" persona to crazy persona, her eyes and body movements are excessively animated to try to keep the feeling going, to really really bad effect. I know that a lack of movement can make for bad animation (e.g. when one character is walking through a crowd of frozen corpses, a common low budget anime tendency), but this seems like an overreaction in the other direction.

Not many other thoughts on the series besides OP is shit, ED is shit, character art is shit.

The unwillingness for people to kill each other in animes (how about we call it Kenshin syndrome) makes for nothing but bullshit drama and ruining fight scenes. I was just watching the Tsubasa Chronicle OVAs, and when the awesome fight is coming to a close and 'good' Syoran can kill 'bad' Syoran, fucking Sakura lets out a pitiful scream and stops it, and instead of being fucking awesome, it becomes whiny and anti-climactic. I am not saying I want shitloads of deaths in an anime, but just stop it with the fucking always dramatically almost killing someone then being kept from doing so.

What the FUCK is the guy's obsession with every main character sympathetic female who is the centerpiece of the adventure being like the exact same fucking looking with the same brown hair and nearly identical faces, except like Nausicaa where I think it was a redhead.
