I'm still trying to get used to how MyAnimeList works. I completely adore the organisational aspect of the site & I like how I'm getting exposed to new and interesting properties.

However, I'm having a bit of trouble trying to ease into the social aspect. I'm not sure how to meet friends on here -- where should I hang out, what should I be doing, am I doing anything wrong? The site is so extensive, I don't know where to start.

I hate feeling like such a newbie, but everyone has to start somewhere. :D
