The continuing adventures of Pokemon Yellow!
Anywho I now have 3 badges (Rock, Water, and Thunder) and I have completed alot of routes as of now. (ie. SS Anne, Diglets Cave, etc etc.)
And Im now in the big main city with the grass gym. After picking my self up a few things from around the city Im getting ready to head into the grass gym. My team as of now stands like this:
- lv 26 Mankey
- lv 25 Charmeleon
- lv 26 Warturtle
- lv 25 Ivysaur
- lv 27 Pikachu
- lv 27 Dugtrio
My Charmeleon will clean up here. But because its a grass gym I loaded up on Parz Heals, Awakenings, and Antidotes. Because they use that alot. They also seem to use wrap alot of high speed pokemon. I tested the waters so to speak by wailing on the first trainer. Charmeleon will own this place with both Fire Blast and Ember. (hopefully sometime he will learn a better attack.)
Anywho last time I blogged I was not yet ready to get the thunderbadge. or even gone through the cave yet I dont think. Any who that battle was retardedly easy. I got a Diglet in the caves and he tore apart that gym. Literally tore it up. So not much of a challenge.
In any event my favorite moment was when I got squirtle. I just happened to have Water gun and Bubblebeam TMs in my inventory when I got him. (go go TMs ftw) and so at lv 10 he knew both of those. I then took him down to diglets cave and just grinded him up to lv 20. Once that was done, which was pretty quick. I moved on to get my flash TM and then went through the cave. My Squirtle and Ivysaur both owned in the cave.
So now Im sitting ready to do the gym then own the rockets. and my team Im looking at upgrading too is:
- Pikachu
- Charmeleon
- Izysaur
- Prime Ape (soon so soon!)
- Krabby (<--- I want my freaking krabby already!)
- Koofing (<--- Almost going to get one, just need to be on the bike path.)
So anywho thats my plan as it stands now. Im really excieted about getting though this and getting to Pokemon Silver and Gold ^_^.
