What Alter Memory did to water down every Blazblue character of games 1 and 2

BlazBlue: Alter Memory
This anime gets flak for three things. It botches up the story, it makes terrible action scenes, but it also does the problem were discussing today: It watered down the Characters. So now, I'll be counting down every character to see what this show did to them...
•Ragna the Bloodedge: Turned him into an unjustified cliche douchbag with confusing development that differs from his decent development from the games.
•Noel Vermillion: Turned her into more of an annoying airhead then before, made her cliche, and cheapened her transformation into Mu-12.
•Jin Kisaragi: Made him look underpowered.
•Nu-13: Removed the excitingly psychotic Yandere personality from her in favor of being generic. Also, CGI swords...
•Rachel Alucard: Made generic, allowed her to summon Ragna's Azure Grimoire via finger snap
•Valkenheim: Gave him nothing to do.
•Kokonoe: Toned down her humorously aggressive chatter.
•Tager: Gave him little to do.
•Lambda-11: Removd Her backstory
•Litchi Faye Ling: Removed her subplot, and rendered her absolutely moot.
•Carl Clover: Same as Litchi.
•Relius Clover: Same as Litchi
•Platinum the Trinity: Made Luna somehow a bit more unbearable.
•Hazama: Toned down his amazingly hammy villain performance.
•Makoto Nanaya: Removed they hyperactive and bombastic part of her personality, making her less fun.
•Tsubaki Yayoy: Made her less interesting (she wasn't very interesting to begin with)
•Hakumen: Forgot to explain his backstory.
•Jubei: Made him generic, removing the fun from him entirely.
•Izanami: Gave her this Shakespearean dialogue which is odd for her to have.
•Taokaka: Made her rather obnoxious for the audience whereas the games made her obnoxious (slightly) for the characters.
•Bang Shishigami: Is he even here?
