Mayuka's Backwards Seasonals Project
Anime Relations:
Chihayafuru
Objective: To strive to be enriched in every era of anime.
Description: I've been in too many "old vs new" anime debates on this forum. I realized that I watched majority of new shows, and need to see if I'm missing out on any bad (or good) shows from the past. Before you ask how I picked these shows, I went on a past charts site and just picked stuff I was interested in.
If you have any recommendations (that I didn't pick) for the seasons already listed, leave me a comment here!
Rules: Watch at least 5 (can be less under special exceptions) anime per season.
Restrictions: No long runners, 1-3 cour, Specials/Movies count as long as it exceeds 1 hr run-time, non-sequel/prequels only
Special Exceptions: Lack of quantity in season, lack of interest (as in it's just full of ecchi harems)
What Order: I have no clue. I'm pretty busy recently so I'll watch a few here and there irregularly. No particular order, just based on interest and seiyuu.
** indicates extras I will probably finish in the near future
- indicates I haven't seen it. Otherwise, I've seen it.
Current - Winter 2015
Spring 2012 - Fall 2014 is complete.
Winter 2012 - Older

I need to do something similar to this, too. I missed out on a lot of good anime, like Fate/Zero, FMA:B, and anything else not on my list lol. I just recently started watching anime again and mainly been watching the new ones that were airing.
